Shipping & Returns

Orders are dispatched from our studio in The Netherlands within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays.
We take great care in custom packaging each order to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. All orders are delivered using DPD or UPS services. We offer free shipping for orders over €400.

Shipping Fees

  • Within the EU: Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order and will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Orders shipped to EU countries include their respective VAT.
  • Outside the EU: Shipping fees are also weight-based and will be shown at checkout. For these destinations, we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You, as the recipient, are responsible for any import duties. Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to various restrictions.

Customs

We ship from the EU. Orders shipped to the UK, U.S., Africa, Asia, and Oceania may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. UK orders over €150 are subject to import duties due to Brexit. If a package is refused due to customs charges, it will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the carrier.

Shipping Time

We currently work with DPD and UPS for all our shipping needs, which allows us to reach you no matter where you are in the world. To ensure your order arrives safely, we provide track and trace for all shipments.

  • Letterpost: 1-3 working days
  • Parcels: 2-4 working days

Croatia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland:

  • Letterpost: 3-4 working days
  • Parcels: 4-6 working days

Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Spain, Portugal:

  • Letterpost: 5-7 working days
  • Parcels: 5-8 working days

Ireland, Finland, Greenland, Malta, Brazil, Canada, United States, South Africa, China, Hong Kong:

  • Letterpost: 5-6 working days
  • Parcels: 5-6 working days

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Greece:

  • Letterpost: 8-10 working days
  • Parcels: 8-12 working days

Rest of the World:

  • Letterpost: 8-10 working days
  • Parcels: 8-11 working days

Returns

  • Ceremonial Grade Matcha: We do not accept returns or exchanges for our Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder due to strict health and safety standards. As this is a food product, returns are not possible even if the packaging is unopened.
  • Limited Edition Pieces: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for “limited edition” pieces. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.
  • In-Stock Products: We accept returns for in-stock products within 20 days of purchase for store credit only. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging included. Refunds are not available.

Damage & Repairs

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with your details and photos. We will review and assess your request. We reserve the right to deny any return, exchange, or repair request.
