INTERNATIONAL SALES AND SHIPPING

MAIASA Ltd is a UK-based company with their warehouse located in the EU. We ship our stock directly from our warehouse in The Netherlands. EU VAT is included in the product prices for shipping to destinations within the EU. For shipping to destinations outside the EU, we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You, as the recipient, are responsible for any import duties.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are typically processed within one working day. Some orders may require a signature for delivery, and the responsibility for the goods is transferred to you upon delivery.

Most parcels arrive within the following timeframes:

  • EU Member States: 2-5 working days;
  • Norway and Switzerland: 3-6 working days;
